Nelson English for QCE Units 3 & 4 provides a thorough grounding in effectively reading texts, perspectives, characterisation, aesthetic features and stylistic devices and is written for the new QCAA Senior English syllabus. Following on from Nelson English for QCE Units 1 & 2, the text provides opportunities for students to engage with and respond to a variety of classical and contemporary literary and non-literary texts.
Regular activities for students allow them to explore three interrelated areas including: texts in context, language and textual analysis and responding to and creating texts.
